A Jaguar fighter aircraft of the Indian Air Force crashed near Siliguri in West Bengal on Friday and the pilot was seriously injured.
He was brought to a local school and two attempts were made to evacuate him by helicopters. The locals then carried him by foot to a highway for evacuation.
