Raytheon is supposed to deliver 1,800 AIM-120 AMRAAM missiles to the Pentagon by now but has only managed to hit 900 missiles.
Some of the missiles that have yet to be provided were ordered in fiscal 2008 for delivery by Sept. 30, 2011, according to U.S. Air Force data.
