A Royal New Zealand Air Force pilot will be charged with negligence that caused a UH-1 to crash on Anzac Day in 2010.
The officer was leading a formation of three Iroquois flying to Wellington from Ohakea airbase in Manawatu for a ceremonial fly-past.
He had failed to abort the flight when weather conditions deteriorated.
