Director of the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency, Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, said China has deployed its new DF-21D ASBM along its southern coast facing Taiwan.
Last year, Flynn’s predecessor said China is “probably preparing to deploy” the weapon.
