U.S. Court of Appeals revives Raytheon’s case against FLIR for stealing trade secrets

The U.S. Court of Appeals has ruled that a lower court was wrong to dismiss Raytheon’s lawsuit against Flir Commercial Systems for stealing trade secrets related to infrared cameras.

Raytheon has filed a suit in 2007 after it found that Flir had infringed its patents in products the latter sold to the U.S. military.
