The P.1HH HammerHead unmanned aerial system by Piaggio Aero should form Europe’s long delayed, medium-altitude long-endurance (MALE) program, Italy’s defense procurement chief said.
The Italian procurement office had been an enthusiastic supporter of the program, Gen. Claudio Debertolis said.
