Netherlands-based PaceBlade Technology’s CTO Eric Cornelisse, a reservist Dutch F-16 pilot, is turning the Acer Iconia W3 into a Electronic Flight Bag for fighter pilots.
Cornelisse said the Windows 8 tablet is idea as the screen size is exactly the same as the paper pads currently used. The operating system also allows full control of the hardware.
