Royal Navy Lieutenant Alan Wootton landed his MV-22 on HMS Illustrious four times when the British carrier passed the USS Kearsarge on Sept. 20 in the Red Sea.
Wootton is a Lynx pilot on a three year exchange with the U.S. Marine Corps. This is also the first time in six years that the MV-22 has landed on HMS Illustrious.
