AVX Aircraft, Bell/Lockheed, Karem and a Sikorsky/Boeing team have been shortlisted by the U.S. Army for Phase one of the Joint Multi Role technology demonstration.
AVX and Sikorsky/Boeing are offering coaxial-rotor aircraft will the other two contestants are going ahead with tiltrotor designs.
