The United States and Japan agreed on Thursday to broaden their military ties. An agreement was reached whereby the RQ-4 will be deployed to Japan for the first time next year.
Besides the Global Hawk, the U.S. Navy will bring the P-8A to Japan in December. The Marines will also begin to deploy their F-35B in 2017.
Both sides also agree that the second X-band radar will be situated at Kyogamisak.
