The Pentagon has notified Congress on two large weapons packages for Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
The UAE wants to buy 5000 SDBs, 1200 JSOWs, 300 SLAM-ERs, plus other associate equipment for $4.0 billion.
Saudi Arabia has requested for 650 SLAM-ERs, 973 JSOWs, 400 Harpoons, 1000 SDBs together with other equipment. The estimated cost is $6.8 billion.
