U.N. report on MANPADs trafficking out of Libya

A U.N. panel found that MANPADs from Libya have made their way to Chad, Mali, Tunisia, Lebanon and likely Central African Republic.

The panel of experts warned that thousands of MANPADs were still available in Libya and they are not under the control of Libyan government authorities.

  1. This is old news. Ambassador Stevens went to Benghazi to coordinate with the CIA station there regarding arms including MANPADS transfer to anti-Syria forces, and died there at the hands of his jihadist “friends.”
