New information has emerged that another North Korean UAV had crashed in South Korea last October, near the peak of a mountain in Samcheok.
The 53-year-old man who found it said the drone crashed on Oct. 4, 2013 while he was gathering medicinal herbs nearby.
He threw away the camera on board and took the media card and format it for his personal use. He said the card had contained photos of the Gwangdong dam in Samcheok and some beaches assumed to be on the east coast.
