U.S. Navy tests radar-absorbing, carbon-fiber clouds for anti-ship missile defense

The U.S. Navy is testing a shipboard device that generates a radar-absorbing, carbon-fiber cloud to defeat anti-ship missiles.

Exercise Pandarra Fog was carried out in Guam and assets from the U.S. Army, Navy, and Air Force were utilized to test the effectiveness of the maritime obscurant generator prototypes.
