JMSDF officer assigned to Office of the CNO

The Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force will assign an officer to work in the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations at the Pentagon for the first time.

Japan has already assign its military officers to the offices of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Chief of Staff of the Air Force.
