According to this news report, India’s indigenous Dhruv helicopter might have a design flaw.

  1. I understand from media clippings that this H/c was undergone serving just before the 2 Hrs crash,

    Around 150 Dhruvs are flying in India or in abroad, i dont think any technical failures other than poor workmanship during servicing
