French Finance Minister Michel Sapin told RTL radio that his government is not ready to hand over the first Mistral-class ship to Russia.
RIA Novosti earlier reported that Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said that Rosoboronexport had received an invitation to attend the handover ceremony of the first Mistral warship on Nov. 14 in France.
