Rosoboronexport Deputy General Manager Sergei Ladygin described negotiations with China regarding the purchase as ‘complex’ and ongoing.
“Russia and China are continuing negotiations on the Su-35 and the process of agreeing the documents is ongoing. The subject is very complex, there are an awful lot of domestic government agreements so we can’t be rushed on this issue.”
