NAVAIR restarts competition to fit sense and avoid radar for MQ-4C

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has restarted the effort to install a sense and avoid system for the MQ-4C.

To ensure that the competition will be successful this round, NAVAIR has relax its requirements.
