Russia plans to have five BZhRK, rail-based mobile ICBM launch platforms, ready in five years.
Each platform is capable of carrying six RS-24 Yars missiles and the carriage resembles a refrigerator car.
As each Yars missile is lighter, the cars would not need reinforced wheel-sets.
