Harder to detect North Korea’s missile launches

North Korea has made great strides in improving the quality of its fuel for ballistic missiles. This allows the nation to keep missiles loaded with fuel on standby for weeks to several years.

South Korea says this will complicate its detection of missile launches from the North as it can no longer spot launch preparations hours in advance.
