HAF F-16D that crashed in Spain might have controls failure

According to this news report, the HAF F-16D that crashed in Spain during TLP2015 might have controls failure.

The jet rose a few feet off the ground before rolling right 45 degrees. The aircraft “did not hit the parked jets directly, but instead struck the ground a few meters away, burst into flames, and skidded into the area where two Italian AMX jets and two French Alfa Jets and one Mirage were on standby.”
