UAE suspends air strikes on ISIS after Jordanian pilot captured

U.S. officials say the United Arab Emirates had pulled out of the air campaign against ISIL after a Jordanian F-16 pilot was captured.

The Gulf state is demanding the U.S. to improve the search-and-rescue capabilities in the area before resuming air strikes. Specifically, it wants V-22s to be stationed closer in northern Iraq.
