The United States has given the Czech military a ScanEagle UAS comprising of 10 aircraft to help the latter secure Bagram base in Afghanistan.
“In spring, the whole system will be deployed in Afghanistan to serve the patrol unit at the Bagram base,” Czech general staff spokeswoman Jana Růžičková said.
The system will be operated by the 102nd reconnaissance battalion.
