B-1B crews describe how, over a four-month period, the U.S. Air Force’s 9th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron slowly help the YPG regain control of the Syrian town of Kobani.
YPG fighters will relay the coordinates to liaisons and air controllers in the operations centers set up by the U.S., these information will flow back to the Combined Air Operation Center in Qatar and thereafter to the B-1Bs flying overhead the town.
