Indian Air Force chief Arup Raha has ruled out buying more Su-30MKM fighters to replace the Rafale, saying the two fighters complement and do not replace each other.
“MMRCA and Sukhoi-30, the requirements are slightly different. And they have their own capabilities,” Raha added.
