French Defence Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian will arrive in India today and his main agenda with his Indian counterpart Manohar Parrikar will be saving the deal to sell 126 Rafale fighters.
This is the second time both have met each other and during the previous meeting, both parties decided to “fast-track” the contract negotiations.
