RSAF diverts CH-47s from Cope Tiger to fight fires in northern Thailand

Singapore has come forward to assist Thailand in putting out fires raging in Chiang Mai by dispatching two CH-47s there.

The two rotorcraft were in Nakhon Ratchasima to take part in Exercise Cope Tiger, which concludes this week.
