Boeing presented a special plaque to the Royal Malaysian Air Force at Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition 2015 to mark the successful integration of 25X capability for the latter’s F/A-18D fleet.

In a press release from 2011, Boeing said the upgrades also “make the RMAF’s F/A-18Ds more compatible with the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet, which Boeing is offering to meet Malaysia’s Multi-Role Combat Aircraft needs.”
