South Korea’s Air Force chief, Gen. Choi Cha-kyu, is under investigation for possible embezzlement of funds.

He is accused of embezzling 3 million won (US$2,778.5) while he was commander of 10th Fighter Wing between 2008 and 2009.
There were also complains that his family members had taken official vehicles for personal use.
