It could be a three-way fight for Canada’s SAR contest

Embraer is the latest company to indicate its interest to participate in Canada’s fixed-wing search-and-rescue contest.

The KC-390 will have to compete against the C-27J and C295. There is a possibility that Lockheed Martin might offer a version of the C-130 as well.
