Pilots flying a Louisiana Army National Guard UH-60 became disoriented in fog and crashed the helicopter into waters off the Florida Panhandle on Mar. 10, investigations have shown.

The crash took the lives of four members from the Louisiana National Guard and seven Marines from a special operations unit from Camp Lejeune in North Carolina.
