The U.S. National Transportation Safety Board has released a preliminary report of its findings in the fatal collision of a Cessna piston-engine light aircraft and a F-16 from Shaw Air Force Base.

It was believe that after the collision, the F-16 was able to fly for another two minutes before the pilot ejected.
