Thales to upgrade Bolivia’s civil/military ATC

Thales will upgrade Bolivia’s air defense and civilian air traffic management system under a €185m contract.

The French company will provide four air defense radars, one Star2000 primary surveillance radar, two TRAC approach radars and six RSM970 secondary radars at twelve sites.

The military radars will be integrated into the SkyView air C4I system.
