USN deploying P-8A to Bahrain, Italy in near future

The U.S. Navy decided that its time to move P-8A operations beyond the 7th Fleet’s area of responsibility (AoR).

Two aircraft will head to Bahrain in April 2016 and an undisclosed number of aircraft will be deployed to Italy in 2018.
