A F/A-18E flew a model of the Long-Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) on Nov. 3 at NAS Patuxent River to kick off the first phase of airworthiness testing.
The mass simulator vehicle is used to evaluate inflight structural loads of the LRASM on the F/A-18 E/F.
