MV-22B set new distance record

Three MV-22Bs flew from Miramar to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil this week, setting a new distance record in the process.

The 6,165 miles trip included stops in Trinidad and Tobago, and Brazil. It took the crews five days due to bad weather.

Three KC-130Js from VMGR-234 and one KC-130 from VMGR-452 supported the Ospreys from VMM-764.
