A Mexican Navy C295W was flown to El Alto, La Paz, Bolivia by a mixed crew from Airbus Defence and Space and the navy to demonstrate the aircraft’s ability to operate from hot and high conditions.

Besides El Alto International Airport, the aircraft was also flown to the Cochabamba base and the unprepared runway of San Borja.
