The Spanish Air Force and Airbus Defence & Space have come to an agreement to postpone the delivery of 13 A400Ms that Spain is contractually obliged to buy.

Spain is supposed to buy 27 aircraft but now it will only take delivery of 14 A400Ms and all of them will be delivered by 2022. It will receive the first example in 2016. The fate of the 13 aircraft will be decided until 2024.
