France to go ahead and buy four C-130Js

Citing anonymous sources, Defense News says France has decided on Dec. 15 to go ahead and buy four C-130Js. France has been on the market for new and used C-130s.

All eyes are now on when Paris will ink the contract. A deal before the end of the year is challenging as many staff are due to go on vacation.
