If you’re referring to the clips starting about 2:10 into the video… that’s not rough sea conditions. some strong winds whipping up some light whitecaps, but NO heavy swells and the deck is not pitching.
If that is what the Chinese consider Rough Sea Conditions… boy are they in trouble when they encounter REAL rough seas.
