Astra demonstrates anti-jam capability

India’s indigenous air-to-air missile, Astra, demonstrated its anti-jam capability during recent ground and air trials.

Sources told The Hindu that the missile’s electronic counter-counter measure systems were able to defeat jammings to its RF seeker and other on-board electronic components.
