The U.S. Coast Guard is assisting the Marine Corps in a search and rescue operation after two CH-53s from HMH-463 collided off the coast of Oahu, Hawaii on Jan. 14.

There were 12 people missing, six from each helicopter, according to ABC News. A debris field was spotted 2 miles off the coast of Haleiwa.
