The only USAF aircraft that has a 100 percent mission-capable rate

Air Force Times has compiled the mission-capable rates for the entire U.S. Air Force fleet in 2015 and the C-21A scored 100 percent.

The B-52H scored a respectable 72 percent while the B-1B was struggling at 47 percent. No figure was given for the B-2 stealth bomber.
