Pacific Command chief says LRASM should be deployed as quickly as possible

Commander of the United States Pacific Command, Adm. Harry Harris, told the Senate Armed Services Committee that the new Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) should be deployed as quickly as possible.

The Lockheed Martin-built anti-ship missile is expected to enter service on the B-1B in 2018 and on the Super Hornet one year later.
