Finmeccanica has started the final assembly of the first two M-346 advanced jet trainers for the Polish Air Force at its Aircraft Division facility in Venegono Superiore.

A ceremony was held on Feb. 24 to mark the occasion and the guest-of-honor was the General Commander of the Polish Armed Forces. Both jets will be delivered to the customer in November this year.
