High tempo combat operations in Africa and Middle East are depleting the bomb stockpile for the French Air Force, its chief Gen. André Lanata said.

The French Air Force has put out a requirement for new BLU-111 and 126 bombs, he said.
There is also an urgent requirement to hire more mechanics to service the aircraft.
