Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) has started to integrate a refuelling probe on Tejas Limited Series Production-8 (LSP-8) aircraft.

The probe, made by Cobham, is being installed behind the nose cone on the starboard side. Testing of the probe will commence in June and HAL has to complete the testing as part of the Final Operational Clearance requirement before March 2017.
