U.S., Turkish KC-135s flew together for 1st time

At Red Flag 16-2, KC-135 Stratotankers from Turkish and U.S. Air Force were able to fly together for the first time.

U.S. Air Force Capt. David Puchalla, 350th Air Refueling Squadron instructor pilot, flew with a Turkish KC-135 crew. Turkish air force Maj. Orcun Kus, 101st Air Refueling Squadron commander, flew with an American crew during the second week of Red Flag 16-2.
