OH-58D farewell ceremony scheduled on Apr. 15

The U.S. Army’s 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade will be organizing a farewell ceremony for the OH-58D helicopter at Fort Bragg on Apr. 15.

All 17 of the OH-58Ds from 1st Squadron, 17th Cavalry Regiment will make a formation flight over parts of Fort Bragg and downtown Fayetteville.

They will take off at 10 a.m. and the public can watch the flyover at Fort Bragg’s Pike Field or the Airborne & Special Operations Museum in downtown Fayetteville.
